A relax Sunday~

Sunday, very relax day.. Bibi off day.
Wake up and slack the whole afternoon at home.
Around evening 7pm, went over to Adeline House for Dinner.
She cook for us to eat before the Mahjong Start. :D




After 1round of MJ, i see bibi so bored...
I stop playing... we went to East Coast Park.
Chat the whole night.. Over alot of stuff... :D

Head home at about 1plus... And watch DVD till 3plus before we slp..
Yawn so tired... ~~~

Christmas Meal

Early morning, wake up with Bibi as he need to go to work.
He go set up the things so i go Carrefour to buy some food to cook for him tonight.
I cooking 1-meat 1-vegetable 1-fish 1-Soup. My first time cooking dinner for someone.
Normally i only cook shark fin soup, but not the whole meal. :D

So today, i cooked chicken wing, dou miao, fish & Shark fin soup.



Shark fin soup- Need to boil 2hour with chicken & Scallop
(I put too much scallop this time hiks, but bibi say is nice also la)


After 2hours, take out the meat & the scallop to cool down first.


After cool down, peel the chicken and the scallop.


TaDa!!! Done.


Now the Mushroom, Mushroom before cook must use hot water to soften it first.

The fish is fry but i cooked another style but forget to take photo of it hiks.

I cook it with 2 diff steam fish sauces, Bibi love the fish the most. :D YUmmy.

Finish cooking at 6pm. I pack the food and bring down to PS for his dinner.

Don't wan him eat cold food so immediately cab down.

I bring extra soup so that his colleague can drink also... :D

After his dinner, i need to rush back my house there to meet adeline for Mahjong section.

Bibi came over to her place after work. Bibi is staying over at my place tonight. :D

Christmas Eve- Countdown

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Celebrate my Christmas at Boatquay!
Bibi was on MC due to his hand. We spend the whole afternoon slacking at hm. ROT!
Reach boatquay at about 6plus cause his friends booked U Bar & Temptation for a
Company function. There is Buffet too~~~ Hungry me.. Bibi help me order Tom Yam soup.
It taste suck big time, normal is quite fresh and nice.. but don't know why it taste differently.
So i called to complain and ask them to resend me a new want. As the chicken spoil already
got a smell.. I thought it my problem so i ask bibi to taste too... he feel the smell also...
Slacking and singing at his pub till 8plus, need to go Mandarin Hotel for the dance show le.

Hmmm.. The Babes- Linda, Charlyene, Cindy & me.
It very fun working with them :D The dance takes about 1hour plus, right after the dance
i rush back to U bar to countdown with Bibi. Too lazy to walk back to citilink & take train...
i took cab instead.. lolz very lazy hor..

About to reach there, my girl girl Gillian called. She was saying to meet me at boatquay as
my god-brother Clement will be going too.. U bar is full house so they went Millions instead.
So i am like running here and there :D Saw alot of my old friends at millions.

Very Happy day ! :D PEACEFUL.

2 weeks ago... I prepared this simple Hand-made scape book.
Zylia also did one for Jason. Both of us spend hours in the shop and forget about our dinner.
We went for dinner after we have finished most of it, only need to add on some stuff.
