After 1week... My Hubby so tired... never sleep for many days...
He makes me want to love him more everyday...
Can tell he is really sad and i wont want to quarrel with him at all.

Early in the morning.. i received call from Shawn saying Benedict just jump off the building 30mins ago... I was shock and ask how he know... have he confirmed? He say someone called his mother to confirm, at first his mother denied. I can understand... why she denied.. who would want to believe their son just leave them like this...

It a double blow for Hubby... Remember not long ago we just went Jab 1 to drink with him...
Why have to end your life just like that??? No one understand.... Hiks...

Happy Anniversary Hubby.
I LOVE YOU.

We went Orchard for our Dinner.
Dine @ Our favorite restaurant Din Tai Fung.
Their Service is always the best, the queue was rather long
and they serve us Chinese tea while waiting for our turn.

Hubby took this photo for me while waiting... hahaha..

Yummy food.
They having the special dish call the Chilled Crab Dumpling
only available from 1 July till end of this months.
It really very good.. should try this dish.

Hubby look so stone.. hahaha

After dinner, we went to Orchard "ION" to walk walk.
Then head down to Cineleisure for our L4D.
We bought 3hours of games... lolz..

Everything was goes as planned...
Till 1030pm..... Hubby phone rings....
His sister text and say his grandma pass away...
Immediately we rush down to see her.

Till 1plus am then we go home...
Didn't manage to watch our movies as planned...
I will try calling see whether can change the ticket timing with Golden Village..

Having fever so weekend stay home.
I thought i recovered so i went to work on Friday.
Everything seem so good that i thought my fever go away.

WHO KNOWS???

In the middle of the night.. i having high fever again and Hubby take care of me the whole night. Went to take ice cubes and pour into a pail with water and keep changing the cloth for me every 15mins.

Every 30mins measure my temperature and hoping that it will go down but it went up instead. He will keep ask me if i am thirsty and pour drinks for me as my lips very dry. I have finish my medicine during Friday evening as the doctor only gave me 3days medicine.

So Hubby went to buy fever medicine and herbal tea for me.
Cook porridge for me to eat. Appreaciate him alot. Really. Love you.

Last night having slight fever and sleep early.
Next day..
Went to work as usual..
Office Air-con is too cold already. Imagine i am wearing 2 Jacket + Top + Bra
My colleague are all very nice.. see i look pale keep asking me to go home.
I told them i am fine... but they chase me home.. hahaha...
Went to see doctor at hubby house downstair.
I am down with 38.2 fever, cough and flu...

Doctor say if my fever did not go down by Sunday
I will be suspect H1N1

" Pray "my fever go away soon.
I hope to go work tomorrow don't like to be sick.
Alot of things i want to learn from YenLeng.

I hope i could learn as much as possible from her before my probation ends.

How i spent my saturday

How i spent my Saturday.
I suppose to attend my graduation, i prepared and take train down to city hall.
Called my classmate asking where the actual location.
The best thing is... Non of them are going.. OMG...
I change my mind of attending..
i know is kind of wasted as i never get to experience getting my cert on stage.
But because if i attend i will be alone with other subject students for 4 hours.

Got to wait for another 2-3weeks to get the cert from the school.
I carry on the journey.. travel down to Novena to find Hubby for Lunch.

Finish lunch with Hubby @ 2pm.. hiks..
I meeting JiaMin @ 4:30pm... i am so bored.. dont know go where and lazy to go home.
So i went AMK Hub to find my GuGu. She is working @ J3.
I always get lot of discount.. hahaha..
I brought a few friends there to buy and get member price.

While waiting for them i went to play L4D alone.. for 2 hours...
Cause JiaMin still not done with her hair... sob...

While waiting for JiaMin.. i stand outside AMK Hub
and being attracted to the music sing by him.
His voice was really very good and i make a donation.

7months anniversary

He came and pick me up from work at 6pm and went Bugis Iluma.

I thought i can recover by today but it seem worst.
Last Friday i did my extraction and doctor wanted to give me 5days MC.
I told him no need as i don't wan to be absent for work.

But still i am MC today.. it even more swollen then the past 2days.
Tomorrow need to go check up and will get the MC from the doctor.

Something disgusting.
The string in my mouth. hahaha...

This few days did some shopping. :D
Sat... meeting Gillian for Lunch at Takashimaya have Crystal Jade.
I cant eat solid food so she accompany me to crystal jade for porridge.
And went Far East to have some shopping.
Less then 1hour we spend $100 each. hahaha
Shawn and Guoxiang came over to look for us.

Accompany them go have lunch and we carry on shopping.
Till Amanda came over to look for me and walk to Taka for her waxing and i go take my laptop for shawn to repair. My mother came down awhile later and meet us at cineleisure.
She brought my sister laptop down for shawn to bring home repair.
hahaha,.. poor shawn.

After work went to meet mummy at Orchard for some shopping.

The plans was all screw up by hubby.

Actual planning was having dinner with my mum and watch drag me to hell.

Due to the jewel fair @ orchard hubby have no choice but to cancel our date.

I waited for 2 hours at TAKA as he say he knock off at 930pm but thing wasn't done yet

and drag till 11pm, i am too tired to wait and went home without him.

Lucky i didn't wait there... he reach home at 1245am. so late.. i was already sound asleep.

Our office air con was really very cold as it is above us only.

Early in the morning reach office the air con is not cold haven't warm up..

No jacket is being wear.

After 11am... both of us always wearing jacket till end of work...

and we always have headache.. sob... i bought a snow cap while shopping with my mum.

I need to wear it in the office as i cant be always headache cause me cant do my job well.

Friday i was on leave to go hospital for my thyroid appointment.

Silly me mix up the timing... i suppose to reach at 945am but i reach at 845am.

I though my appointment is 9am.. stupid me.. go buy a newspaper and read slowly.

The doctor is very nice and really explain every single things to me.

She ask me not to worry as my wan is very small issue.

Just control my temper and relax myself.
re-schedule was done...

4months away from now for scanning and blood test.

That cost me about $200.

Went home to have a nap first...

Dental appointment at 2:30pm to extract two of my wisdom tooth.

Meet up with Gillian for lunch as she working at TANGS.

Have a great lunch.. yummy Pizza Hut with some add on.

2 persons order so much but can't finish it..

I recommence this clinic, the staff and doctor are very nice..

I was so afraid of the pain, they keep talking to me in the

process and make sure i wont feel any pain.

The right tooth was really very fast but the left side is too

deep spend about 45mins to extract it.

Everything was fine... just the sewing part make me freak out..

I can feel the string going out and in again... faint

Lot of blood... but i don't feel any pain is still numb, the bleed stop about 1hour later.

I can start feeling the pain and swollen..

Only can take porridge or soup.. i cant chew anything.

I only can brush my front roll of my teeth's and

use the mouth wash to clean my other teeth's.

Finally i did the extraction after 1 year of nagging.

Total was $1,200.00 to extract both teeth's, all deductible by Medisave.

After that should be MOVIE or LAN GAMING.

Thursday to Saturday at town.

Lucky Linda didn't angry about it, she is one of the event coordinator i like to work for.

The uncle say he wasted my time so don't wan me to pay for it.

Last Friday Auntie Doreen was send to hospital early in the morning 6am.

Heart attack very critical, doctor spent more then 2hours to save her.

She was announce dead at 830am.

It was too sudden for everyone to accept.

We are still having steamboat at hubby grandma house with Auntie Doreen.

Eating Crab and Curry Fish Head on Wednesday.

She was looking good nothing was wrong.

It too sudden, Hubby could not accept it.

As he still speak to her the night before and was asking did i find a perm job already.

Today she will send to cremate.

I wanted to go polyclinic to have my wisdom tooth check up.

Need to get a referal letter to hospital as i am afraid of the extraction.

After watching the below video,

i am sure i am going for the injection to sleep while extracting my teeth.

YUCKS....

And my appointment for dental is so far away.

Last Night not feeling well so didn't cook wanted to go downstairs buy.
But Hubby insist of cooking for me. hahaha...
He copy my style of cooking... :D

Went for Interview in the evening yesterday,

the company is walking distance from home.
Today the Director called and they give me an offer.
For the market now, the offer is consider not bad...
I still prefer working at the Law Firm which i am working now.
But it a Part time job... I cant be staying there as a part time for the next few months.

Currently Boss is OUT OF TOWN.
Monday he will be back in office,

i will talk to him about it and hopefully he could convert me to Full time. :D
If not i am going over to the company which offer me.

They want me to start work on coming Monday
but i required to start on 18th instead.
Enough time for me to talk to the boss and also have time to find my replacement.

Not in the mood the whole afternoon... so at night.. went to buy my favourite ice cream.
Whenever i feel sad or lonely or rather moody.. i believe that eating ice cream is a happy thing which can cheer me up alittle. :D

If i am at home and decide to go buy ice cream, i will alway bring a spoon along.
so that when i got the ice cream, i can eat while walking the way back home. Happy thing.
Went to 7 eleven.. but dunno why hubby house here 7 eleven never sell the ice cream i wan.
I walk all the way to lower delta Esso to get it... pretty far away..
but i dun care i just wan to get it.

And walk home happily with my ice cream.

Hubby was sick... wake up early with him and accompany him to polyclinic.

And i want to go IKEA so hubby accompany me...

I love designing my own room.. how i wish i got my own home now.

Me and hubby was thinking ROM first then take flat. 2years later then traditional dinner.

But parents dont allow... so no choice... hiks... so sad hor....

I love this wardrobe very much. :D i told hubby.. i want a walk in wardrobe for our home.

1 side put my clothes 1 side put his shirt and pant. He said.. "hahaha.. i think the whole wardrobe is full of your clothes instead of mine, just like what happened to my wardrobe now".

Oh ya,.. my check up report is out....

I have slightly high TSH level, doctor say not to worry as mine is not serious kind as i dont have much Symptoms. But i still worry, i asked for refer to hospital.

The thyroid gland is situated at the front of the neck. It produces thyroid hormones which are important in regulating the body's metabolism. The release of thyroid hormones is controlled by the pituitary gland in the brain, which releases the Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH).

Thyroid disease is a fairly common medical condition. The symptoms of thyroid disease may not be immediately clear as they often develop gradually over a period of time. As a result, it sometimes goes undetected or misdiagnosed.
Different Types of Thyroid Problems
There are several types of thyroid problems. The following are the most common ones:

Hypothyroidism (Underactive thyroid)
Hyperthyroidism (Overactive thyroid)
Thyroid Nodules (Lumps)

Hypothyroidism (Underactive Thyroid)
In hypothyroidism the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones.

Symptoms

Hypothyroidism can give rise to the following symptoms:
fatigue, lethargy
unexplained weight gain
increased sensitivity to cold
dry skin and hair
heavy menstrual periods
constipation
slowed thinking
depression

Causes

Hashimoto's thyroiditis In this condition the body's immune system attacks the thyroid gland, resulting in
underproduction of thyroid hormones.
Past treatment with radioactive iodine.
Radioactive iodine therapy, sometimes prescribed for hyperthyroidism, can lead to hypothyroidism (see below).

Hypothyroidism during or after pregnancy.
These women develop antibodies to their own thyroid gland resulting in underproduction of thyroid hormones.

Past surgery to the thyroid gland
Hypothyroidism may result if a large portion of the gland is removed.

Other rarer causes include congenital hypothyroidism (in which babies are born with a defective or non-existent thyroid gland), radiation treatment for cancers of the head and neck, pituitary problems and iodine deficiency.

How Doctors Determine if You Have Hypothyroidism
A blood test is done for TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) levels. Patients with hypothyroidism usually have high levels of TSH. This is usually followed by a blood test for thyroxine levels. Most patients with hypothyroidism will have low thyroxine levels. However, in subacute hypothyroidism patients have a high TSH level, but the thyroxine level may be normal.

Treatment

Patients with hypothyroidism (including subacute hypothyroidism) are prescribed daily doses of synthetic thyroxine, which comes in the form of a pill. Patients are tested regularly for the level of TSH. The daily dosage of thyroxine is adjusted until a normal TSH level is reached. For most patients, monitoring and treatment has to be carried out for life.

Hyperthyroidism (Overactive Thyroid)
In hyperthyroidism, the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormone.

Symptoms

Hyperthyroidism may give rise to the following symptoms:
anxiety, shaking, feeling nervous or irritated
fast heartbeat or palpitations
feeling hot
loss of weight
fatigue, exhaustion
increased frequency of bowel movements
changes in menstrual periods

Causes

Graves' disease - the most common cause. In Graves' disease, antibodies produced by the body's immune system stimulate the thyroid gland to produce too much thyroxine. Graves' disease is known to cause various eye symptoms in patients, such as:
eye irritation
bulging of the eyes
double vision
blurred vision
Hyperactive thyroid nodules which produce too much thyroxine.
Thyroiditis or inflammation of the thyroid gland. The cause is often not known.

How Doctors Determine if You Have Hyperthyroidism
A blood test is done for the thyroxine and TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) levels. Patients with hyperthyroidism usually have high levels of thyroxine and low levels of TSH. The doctor may then conduct further tests to find out the cause of hyperthyroidism

Treatment

Simple cases of Graves' disease can be managed by the family doctor. However, complicated cases of Graves' disease and hyperthyroidism due to other causes are usually managed by specialists.
The first line of treatment is usually anti-thyroid drugs. These prevent the thyroid gland from producing too much hormones. Although symptoms improve in six to eight weeks, treatment usually needs to be continued for at least 18 months. Relapse after that is not uncommon.
Another form of treatment is radioactive iodine therapy. A dose of radioactive iodine is taken by mouth; the radiation targets the thyroid gland and destroys part of it, thereby reducing the production of thyroxine. This treatment often eventually results in hypothyroidism, so the patient may need to take thyroxine replacement medication for life.

In rare cases of hyperthyroidism, surgery is recommended by the specialist.

Thyroid Nodules (Lumps)
Thyroid nodules occur when normal thyroid tissue grows to produce abnormal lumps. Some are solid while others are filled with fluid (cystic). Most are benign. In a small number of the patients however, the nodules are cancerous (malignant).

Symptoms

Most benign thyroid nodules do not cause any problems. However some may press on the windpipe (trachea) or gullet (oesophagus) causing swallowing or breathing problems.
Malignant thyroid nodules present similarly to benign nodules but can spread to other parts of the body.

How Doctors Determine if You Have Thyroid Nodules
A blood test for thyroxine and TSH levels will usually be done. A fine needle aspiration biopsy is a simple way to determine if a nodule is benign or malignant. This simple procedure involves the extraction of cells from the nodule with a fine needle. It is usually performed in the doctor's clinic. The sample is then sent to the lab for tests to look for any malignant cells.
Other tests done include ultrasound scans to distinguish between solid and cystic nodules, as well as thyroid scans which help to show if a nodule is producing excessive thyroid hormone ("hot" nodule) or not.

Treatment

Benign lumps can be monitored by doctors at regular intervals, if there are no symptoms. If there are compressive symptoms or the nodule is cancerous, surgery is required. Patients who have a "hot" nodule may be recommended to go for radioactive iodine treatment (see above section on hyperthyroidism).

Hubby wake up late for work today... And told me, my mobile keep ringing.
It was message from Linda. Ask me work for 100plus event for tomorrow.
Without thinking i told her i can do....

Friends who know me... will know i am a super workaholic...
To me, always is about work, earn money because i need to support my mum.

BUT, i didn't realise i hurt someone......
From young.. i do not need to answer to anyone...
Just because of this attitude... i hurt my hubby.

I can feel he is disappointed that i didn't tell him i going to work.
As he need respect from me, just a notification mean alot to him.
And i forgot tomorrow is the 8th. Our fifth month anniversary.

He left for work and text me.

Recently i am watching Taiwan drama - 樱野3加1 ....
finish watching the drama within few days... I cried... this drama is very touching.

I didnt listen to this kind of music... but their music really very nice and popular.
Almost everyone came beer fest because of this live band. Normal day ticket is $37 but for 2 May 09 is $67... whoooo~ When the live band start everyone was screaming...

Early morning received a call for a job interview near hubby house.
The environment of the office is very messy, the boss is a Korea... very weird old man.

After that.. went home to change something simple and go for my facial session.
Package still have 5 sessions.... hmmm... always feel so relax after the facial.
As my package include shoulder, hand, leg and head massage. ENJOY!

Walk over to find hubby and wait for him to off work, so i go buy some facial foam, makeup removal etc...

Working for Beer Fest,... 4days... Start work at 4pm and should end at 10pm but they extend the hours to 12am, of cos they pay accordingly and plus cab fare. very tired day... my leg is breaking... i got to endure 3 more days... the heel i wore make my foot very pain... normally is ok but dont know why i wear to beer fest is so painful. I guess i walk too much... keep walking around the tables.. TIRED!!!

APB people came down and help out of the counter.
I am working for SOL BEER, The Original Authentic Mexican Beer Brand since 1899.
YES MEXICO... some customers was kidding about the serious FLU.... hahaha

According to plan... wake up at 8am and get myself prepare to go polyclinic for checkup.
Argh... they took 5tubes of my blood... damn painful... hate it...
After take all the blood test , urine test... etc.. go have my breakfast...

And went to Fair Price to shop for food so that can cook for dinner.
While shopping.. Recieved Fiona phonecall, ask me to work for Panasonic Roadshow.

About Ming Dao
Ming Dao first started out as a model. Later on he acted as the host of a reality show called Mao Xian Wang (The King Of Adventure). He starred in various music videos, then co-starred alongside Cyndi Wang and Leon Jay Williams in La robe de Mariee des cieux. Most people recognize Ming Dao from Prince turns to Frog. Ming Dao is also a member of the Taiwan band 183 Club, along with 3 other members. The band's music can be heard in the Prince turns to Frog OST and The Magicians of Love OST. Their debut album was released on August 7 2006 which featured 10 songs including their first hit One Umbrella.

Hubby should work until 4pm but their stock not tally so stay back till 5plus...
I prepared myself and went to meet him..
I been cooking for the past few days at home...

So hubby say sat and sun we go outside eat for dinner...
Went to East Coast Park Steamboat Buffet... :D

Hubby love it so much cause can fry the meat himself...

Sunday is Hubby off day.
Sunday is also a very lazy day... hahaha..

Hubby Cook me a Yummy Breakfast hahaha...

Both of us slacked at home watch movie online..

and i prepare lunch at home for him.

It 3pm le.. so i faster go bathe and wash clothes...
Get myself prepare... and iron his work shirt...

This few days not feeling well.. Chest abit pain and have breathing problem.

My neck seem abit swollen... so i went to Polyclinic today...

I wanted to do a full check up.. but they dont have it.

They only have a package call Multiphasic Health Screening for $100 + 7%GST.

The test is for : Kidney, Liver & Cancer Marker(AFP), Lipid profile & the Heart, Diabetes, Thyroid, Blood count, VD & Hep. B and Colon & Cancer marker(CEA)

Tomorrow i going for the blood test as i need to fast from 10pm today till tml morning..

8am to go for the test... hmmm...

It been a few year people think my neck abit swollen but i didnt go check cause i never feel anything wrong with me... But recently i feel uneasy.. so i decide to go check...

I do a search of THYROID online.

It a very comon disease but alot of people do not know that they have the disease...

Often happened on women. Some of the Symptoms makes me really worry...

Hope eveything going to be fine for me...

Hypothyroidism (Underactive Thyroid)
In hypothyroidism the thyroid gland does not produce enough thyroid hormones.

Symptoms

fatigue, lethargy

Other rarer causes include congenital hypothyroidism (in which babies are born with a defective or non-existent thyroid gland), radiation treatment for cancers of the head and neck, pituitary problems and iodine deficiency.

How Doctors Determine if You Have Hypothyroidism
A blood test is done for TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) levels. Patients with hypothyroidism usually have high levels of TSH. This is usually followed by a blood test for thyroxine levels. Most patients with hypothyroidism will have low thyroxine levels. However, in subacute hypothyroidism patients have a high TSH level, but the thyroxine level may be normal.

MEI LI YI SHENG TALENT SEARCH

10th April 2009 FRIDAY

I have been slacking at home till 5:35pm... when someone keep calling me to join the contest.
He have been pestered me to join the mei li yi sheng talent search for many months.
So... i went down.... with no preparation... I was nervous..

Called girl girl telling her i joining the contest... haha She told me its very easy to win,

even never win take it as experience.
I called Hubby,.. telling him i joining the contest...
Encouraging Words from him.. Mean alot to me. Love him...

Thanks for supporting me HUBBY AND ZYLIA.
The contest takes about one hour... Really Nervous...

They ask me what talent i be preforming... I only know how to dance..
So dancing is my talent... never prepare any music...
The DJ have what music.. and i just dance with it.. Of cos i mention RNB...

AND............ YEAPPY.... I WON... :D

After the contest... i walked to Far East...
girl girl called.. and say wanna buy Bikini for her photoshoot...
SO we meet up at Far East...

She was so happy with her "Stitch" she and jason caught it...

Working for a event @ Warren Golf Club with Joanna(Jojo).
The job was damn slack.... and the time is really crawling...

The Staff there kena scolded by their Assistant Manager,
because they give us wrong instruction... hmmm...

after 5 hours of event... i am so tired la..
we took the shuttle bus out to CCK MRT.

STupid me... saw the train coming.. and it shown that going toward Marine BAY.

I stay in the east... so i thought it the train...
too busy chatting with my hubby on the phone.. i took the wrong direction...

After 2stops.. i realise.. and get off the train and

took the other direction toward the Jurong East Interchange.

Today Hubby Off day... Slacking at home.. and i am blogging right now...
Hubby dont like i use the computer because... He alway say i am so addict to my laptop when i start using it... hahaha... actually alot ppl said.. Zylia, Gillian.. those close to me said....

So.. My hubby leaving me alone with my laptop...
he went to do housework... He washed clothes..... OMG...

(That my duty recently... but today.. he wash lehz...)

I am so glad that i have him in my life...
even sometime his words make me really piss off...

but after awhile i forget about it...

He put in alot of effort into the relationship at the same time expect alot...
Very protective about me... and say i alway like gong gong(naive)

FJ BENJAMIN SALES

Finally... my girl start blogging her outdated post....
Then i could get the photos from her... hahaha.. LAZY BUM.

LAST THURSDAY..... after our show, we went over to Far East to Shop.
While walking there we bumped into Eugenia, she told us there a FJ Benjamin sale going on at hyatt hotel. We still thinking HUH...? After we saw a few ppl carry big red plastic bag. we decide to go take a look. FJ BENJAMIN carry brands like guess, raoul, gap, la senza, we are so excited and we choing-ed to the ballroom, we gotta queue for around 20 mins to get into the place even.
the crowd was massive, we didn't know where to start at all cause everything was at outrageously.

KAO... JUST look at the people in there...
U know la.. when it about SALES.. everybody Kaisu...

I was deciding whether to get one of the bag....
and i told Zylia... err... dont wan this bag la..
She asked...
"CONFIRM? the MOMENT I PUT IT BACK.. IT WILL GRAB BY OTHERS."
I told her "YES". The moment she put down.. someone grab... We laughed so loudly..OMG.

When it about GUESS STUFF... SHe is so so so Crazy....

we were so tired from work and all that laughing that we didn't continue our spree, we bought some lingerie from la senza, q-ed for another 30mins to pay and left....

SO SO TIRED and THIRSTY... went far east to buy the jacket i want...
and head to desert stall.

Been awhile since i meet up with Gillian. Lots of things to update each other. :D
Spent the whole day together.. Lunch @ Tanjong pagar, She accompany me to ask the rates of wedding photoshoot... Just to check out which company can give me the best photos i want and what the best they offering.. :D All about the same la...

Spending afew hours at bridal shop... stomach HUNGRY....
We went to Tiong Bahru Plaza for my favourite steamboat buffet....(yaya As usual) kekeke...

As usual she have the herbal soup, i have the tom yam soup... :D

After dinner,.. she went to our bukit merah place... Me and hubby small corner...
Gonna stay there till we get our flat... Guess about 3years or longer ba... hiks.. so long.

8th April 2009 Wednesday

Suppose to meet Zylia and Amanda P. 2:30pm @ Orchard.

BUT... hahaa.... Ya all of us late... Zylia reach 3pm.. i reach 3:15pm.. Amanda 345pm..

Accompany Zylia to her waxing section... and i go get some wedding package from the hotels...
We all meet again at Orchard MRT as we are rushing for time... GO casting together...
After casting... have dinner at Maxwell Market with Zylia, Adeline and Terence.

KTV la... Party World for our singing section... Adeline and Terence waste money la... They don't sing but tag along with us... Me and girl girl sing till throat burst... :D
